Job Description Role Summary We’re looking for a Store Supervisor to join the team and focus on growing our own Dark Store “tMart”, which is the region’s first cloud store concept offering 30-minute delivery of groceries at hypermarket prices. The service has expanded rapidly across Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman and Iraq! What's On Your Plate? Operational Execution: Manage day-to-day store operations during assigned shifts, including inbound receiving, stocking, and efficient pick-and-pack fulfillment. Inventory Accuracy: Drive accurate inventory control through consistent cycle counts and rigorous stock takes, ensuring stock levels align with demand planning to prevent OOS/OVS. Performance Metrics: Actively contribute to store performance targets, with a core focus on the Store Audit Score, preparation time, and operational efficiency. Staff & Shift Management: Execute shift scheduling and coordination to ensure optimal coverage and productivity. Compliance & Policy Adherence: Enforce strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards. Ensure all activities adhere to company SOPs, disciplinary matrices, and attendance protocols. Proactive Problem-Solving: Monitor fulfillment workflows to identify bottlenecks and collaborate with the Sr. Store Supervisor to implement corrective actions and process improvements. Qualifications You have at least 4-6 years of experience in supermarkets You are someone energized by the unknown and look forward to learning each day on the job. Good communication skills, and always like to be hands-on with several tools. Additionally, you have robust interpersonal and intercultural skills. Language skills: Fluent English and Arabic would be highly advantageous.
