JOB SUMMARY

For our Dundee Espresso Lab shop, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective time management, and the ability to communicate clearly with both staff and customers. A passion for retail management and a commitment to achieving sales targets are essential.
