• Supporting and deputising for the management team when required to deliver KPIs and commercial priorities
• Helping to implement daily and weekly sales targets to drive store performance
• Monitoring KPIs and team performance, supporting reporting and feeding back to the management team
• Leading by example on the shop floor, delivering exceptional 1‑to‑1 customer service
• Supporting the development of Stylists through coaching, training, and sharing product knowledge
• Assisting with store operations including stock management, admin, payroll, and rotas
• Helping to maintain strong visual merchandising and brand standards
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and high‑energy team environment

• Strong customer service skills with a hands‑on, people‑focused approach
• Experience working to and supporting the delivery of KPIs and sales targets
