Description

We are looking for a motivated and organized Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant. This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the smooth running of both the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Overseeing daily operations by scheduling work shifts, monitoring staff performance, and regularly providing training and guidance to employees.
  • Maintain inventory and assist in ordering supplies to meet operational needs.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.
  • Train new team members and provide ongoing support to staff.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met and adhered to at all times.
  • Assist in implementing marketing promotions and improving restaurant workflows.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with hotpot is an asset but not required.
  • Fluent in English (knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus).
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 21 – 52 per week
