Build the client-centric mindset in store to ensure the highest level of customer experience and achieve client repurchase objectives. Controlling promote and offer the marketing promo. Inventory Control and monthly reporting sales. Requirements: 2 years of work experience as a Store Supervisor, preferably having in the retail industry experience is a plus. Excellent ability in team management & development. Proven role model in selling skills, floor management, training, and Visual Merchandising (VM). Attractive, confident, high level in social and networking skills Excellent service orientation, ensuring customer satisfaction based on SOP, while mastering brand knowledge to act as a trusted watch consultant. Willing to work in Jamtangan.com Store Jabotabek area when needed.
