Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee the meticulous receipt, inspection, and proper storage of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) materials and equipment, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and project specifications.
• Manage the efficient issuance of MEP materials to site teams, meticulously tracking inventory levels and preventing stockouts or overstocking to maintain project timelines.
• Implement and enforce strict inventory control procedures, including regular cycle counts and physical verification, to maintain high accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain an organized and safe storage system for all MEP items, ensuring easy accessibility, proper segregation, and protection from damage or deterioration.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possess a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field, demonstrating a foundational understanding of MEP systems.
• Have a minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a storekeeping or inventory management role, specifically within the MEP sector of construction or facility management.
• Experience with Odoo ERP for minimum 1 year
• Hold relevant certifications in inventory management or safety protocols (e.g., Forklift operation, HAZMAT handling) to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
• Exhibit a strong technical aptitude for understanding and identifying various MEP materials, components, and their applications on-site.
