REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimally 3 years of supervisory experience in the construction industry.
• Familiar with inventory control and metal fabrication processes.
• Intermediate computer skills; exposed with Power Apps or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and/or Globe 3 will be an added advantage.
• Good time management and critical thinking skills.
• Firm personality, communicates effectively, takes initiative.
• Proven ability to manage and lead foreign workers and implement culture change.
• Holds a valid driver’s license (optional).
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,700.00 per month
