JOB TITLE: STORE SUPERVISOR – PASTICCERIA PAPA

Location: Haberfield, Sydney
Employment Type: Full-Time
Availability: Must be available for rotating shifts, including weekends and late nights (up to 11:00 PM on Fridays & Saturdays)

  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a customer-first mindset
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Store Supervisor to join our team in a full-time capacity. You will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth team operations, and maintaining the high standards that Pasticceria Papa is known for.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise and support front-of-house staff during daily operations
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through friendly and efficient service
  • Open and close the store, including cash handling and reconciliation
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control
  • Uphold cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards
  • Train and mentor junior staff, leading by example
  • Handle customer concerns or issues professionally and efficiently
  • Coordinate with kitchen and production teams to ensure smooth service
