Position Title: Store Supervisor
Location: Saskatoon, SK

Qwik Signs and Digital Print is looking for a Motivated and Detail-oriented Store Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of our store and production space. This dynamic role involves managing inventory, coordinating staff, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and maintaining an organized and efficient environment. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is committed to delivering top-tier service and quality.
As a key member of our team, the Store Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations, supporting staff, and upholding our commitment to excellence in both product and customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Proven ability to lead and motivate a small team
· Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skill
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
· Familiarity with inventory systems and production workflows (experience in signage or printing is a plus)
· Hands-on approach with a strong attention to detail
· 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or similar role preferred

Responsibilities

· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to ensure materials are available.
· Assign tasks and follow up with store and production staff to meet deadlines.
· Oversee order preparation, quality checks, packaging, and staging for delivery or pickup.
· Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the workspace.
· Assist customers with pickups and provide timely updates on order status.
· Train and support staff while fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
· Report operational issues and collaborate with management to resolve them.
