REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 years of experience managing associates in a retail environment
  • 1 year of experience performing manager-on-duty responsibilities, including management of daily store operations and processes within and beyond assigned areas of responsibility
  • Bachelor’s degree, certification, or background in management or in related field is a plus
  • Experience working with store computer systems
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Any combination of relevant education and professional experience will be considered

Responsibilities
  • Support the Store in daily operations and management of the store.
  • Assist in achieving sales targets through effective sales management strategies.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
  • Drive execution of all service, sales and operational programs in assigned area by monitoring activities, providing feedback, and making adjustments where needed
  • Maintain an organized and efficient store environment, ensuring merchandise is displayed properly.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions and manage cash handling procedures.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly as assigned.
