About the Role

Be part of something new from day one – we’re looking for an experienced retail supervisor to support the launch of our brand-new Noosaville Op Shop!

As Op Shop Store Supervisor, you’ll be the Store Managers trusted right-hand, playing a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience while helping generate vital funds for animals in need. From supporting day-to-day store operations, leading volunteers to maintaining high merchandising standards and driving sales, you’ll help ensure the store runs smoothly every day.

This is a part-time, hands-on role where you’ll help lead from the shop floor, support a passionate team and step into the Store Manager role when required.
