Description

Act as second-in-command, running the store confidently in the Store Manager's absence, including opening and closing
Lead, coach and motivate the Sales Associate team, setting the tone for service, product knowledge and energy on the floor
Support with rotas, break plans and daily briefings so the store is always properly covered
Help drive sales performance against daily and weekly targets, sharing insights on what's working
Support the onboarding and training of new team members, including during the pre-opening launch period
Uphold tm:rw and Holt Renfrew standards across customer experience, presentation and store operations
Handle customer queries and escalations calmly and professionally
