JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.

  • Proficient in POS systems, cash handling, and bookkeeping practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience in merchandising, purchasing, pricing strategies, and sales management.
  • Familiarity with training & development practices for team growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance store visibility and drive foot traffic.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding payroll, budgeting, and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory levels, and employee performance.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Monitor pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness in the market while maximizing profitability.
