The Store Supervisor is responsible for the ability to handle and deliver the quality and guest service that defines our brand. Essential Job Functions:

• Oversee a team to ensure excellence in quality, guest service, food cost, labor cost, safety, security, cleanliness, and product preparation.
• Provide leadership, guidance, training, and development to team members.
• Assist with staffing decisions, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, terminations, scheduling, and reviews.
• Manage the store’s financial performance to optimize profitability.
• Recommend improvements to enhance restaurant operations.
• Effectively communicate, build, and maintain strong relationships with team members and customers.

Job Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of computers, POS systems, and other electronic devices.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, time-management, and leadership skills.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant industry.
• Vietnamese language skills are a plus.
