Job Description:
The Wine and Spirits Store Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing the sales floor, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role involved supervising retail associates, assisting with inventory management, and ensuring 4 diamond standards for merchandising and customer experience are met.
Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

  • Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Supervise retail associates, providing guidance, support, and training.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service are consistently delivered by associates, stepping in to handle customer issues when needed.
  • Assist with inventory management, receiving shipments, placing orders, stocking shelves, and conducting inventory counts.
  • Support merchandising, ensuring displays are visually appealing and products are well-stocked and properly priced.
  • Monitor store conditions, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company SOP and alcohol regulations.
  • Lead by example to maintain a positive, productive store environment and foster teamwork among associates.
  • Assist with scheduling, payroll management, and adherence to labor and attendance policies.
  • Support all Omni Hotels & Resorts’ associate engagement and training programs: including Moments of Service and Power of Engagement.
  • All other reasonable tasks and assignments as requested by the Store Manager and senior leadership.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of retail experience; preferably in the wine and spirits industry or similar.
  • Experience in a supervisory or team lead role is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
