Store Supervisor - Bibra Lake, WA

Zoom Recruitment is seeking an experienced Store Supervisor to lead the daily store and warehouse operations of an industrial and welding supplies business in Bibra Lake.

This hands-on role suits someone with strong people skills who enjoys bringing a team together and keeping operations running smoothly. You'll bring practical warehouse leadership experience, a supportive approach and the coordination skills to keep the team organised and customer orders moving.

About the Role

• Lead and support the store and warehouse team, allocating duties and helping staff stay on track
• Coordinate receiving, stock movement, order preparation and dispatch
• Provide clear direction and guidance, encouraging teamwork and a positive workplace culture
• Build positive relationships with employees, customers and suppliers
• Assist with customer enquiries and resolve day-to-day operational issues
• Use SAP and other computer systems to maintain accurate stock, order and administrative records
• Monitor workloads and adjust priorities to meet customer and operational requirements
• Maintain a safe, tidy and organised workplace, leading by example

What We're Looking For

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a warehouse, stores or distribution environment
• Strong people skills and the ability to build rapport with an established team
• A confident, approachable leadership style and the ability to work through challenges constructively
• Good coordination, organisation and time management skills
• SAP experience and sound IT skills
• A practical understanding of stock control, receiving and dispatch
• A hands-on approach and willingness to help the team when required
• A strong commitment to customer service and workplace safety
• Experience in industrial supplies, welding products or a trade environment would be an advantage
