Job Details Level: Entry Job Location: Trenton AutoParts Whse - Trenton, NJ 08610 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: None Salary Range: $16.80 - $18.00 Hourly Travel Percentage: None Job Shift: Day Job Category: Automotive Position Overview: The Store Support role is a hands-on position responsible for assisting with dispatch, order accuracy, warehouse stock support, and general store support. Ideal candidates for this position are dependable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Ensure on-time and accurate customer deliveries by helping with orders, loading and unloading of delivery cars. Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory using RF scanner Pull and prepare customer orders efficiently and accurately. Assist with returns, restocking, and general warehouse organization. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth workflow. Provide support across departments including dispatch, cashier, and loading operations when needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Requirements: Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to read maps and understand delivery zones a plus or willingness to learn. Familiarity with warehouse scanning and dispatch equipment preferred. General knowledge of the delivery area is a plus. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Must be flexible with work schedule, including every other Saturdays. Must be able to consistently lift 40 pounds Detail oriented Scope of Responsibility: This position does not include supervisory responsibilities but supports multiple functions critical to store operations.
