Do you have a passion for supporting creative small businesses? We are looking for a Store Team Leader to work in our new Yellow by Keep It Local - Telford Store.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Store Team Leader to oversee daily operations in our retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Store Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team, driving sales performance, and ensuring that the store operates efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and customer satisfaction.

    1 x 32 hour contract available (additional hours may be available subject to business needs, and to cover sickness and holidays).
    Shifts will be part of a rolling rota and will include weekend work.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing a small team - experience essential
  • Reporting sales figures to Telford Shopping Centre using their system
  • Reporting sales figures of store and sales figures of small businesses to Head of Creative Engagement and Directors
  • Communicating with HOCE on product placement and making any changes to product placement as advised by HOCE
  • Responsible for record keeping and staff safety and inductions
  • Responsible for managing staff rotas and arranging cover
  • Responsible for cash / card and petty cash receipts
  • To manage window display changes as advised by Directors or HOCE
  • Attend Head Office on a quarterly basis for staff meeting
  • Attend weekly call with all store Team Leaders
  • Must be comfortable with lone working
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Passion of supporting small businesses advantageous
