Are you passionate about working with people and technology? We are hiring immediately for a Store Technical Service Supervisor, which we call an In Store Services Team Lead. In this role, you will lead, develop, and support the In Store Services team and work together to create an amazing customer experience.

What you’ll do:

  • Teach and inspire your team to create an amazing customer experience when assisting with electronic products diagnosis, testing and repair
  • Provide information and expert advice to customers on Best Buy products and services
  • Perform repairs, upgrades, and related services
  • Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture
  • Oversee store KPI’s (revenue, merchandising standards, inventory health, health & safety) while maintaining a healthy profit and loss

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years’ experience leading a retail team of at least 3 associates
  • 3+ years’ experience testing consumer electronics in a service centre environment
  • Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers
  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
  • A commitment to maintaining a safe and fun working environment
