You’ll love it here! We are hiring immediately for a store technical service supervisor, which we call an in-store services team lead. In this role, you will lead, develop, and support the in-store services team and work together to create an amazing customer experience.

What you’ll do:

  • Teach and inspire your team to create an amazing customer experience when assisting with electronic products diagnosis, testing and repair
  • Provide information and expert advice to customers on Best Buy products and services
  • Perform repairs, upgrades, and related services
  • Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture
  • Oversee store KPI’s (revenue, merchandising standards, inventory health, health & safety) while maintaining a healthy profit and loss

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years’ experience leading a retail team of at least 3 associates
  • 3+ years’ experience testing consumer electronics in a service centre environment
  • Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers
  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
  • A commitment to maintaining a safe and fun working environment
