Join our Store Trading Support team and be the driving force behind creating exceptional retail experiences! As an expert in category and trading execution, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Grocery and Celebrations categories to exceed sales and service targets.
Job Description
Our Store Trading support team members are experts in developing and coordinating the right environment to create exceptional retail customer experiences. They do this by delivering expert customer led in-store category execution & support with events & trading execution, store category initiatives & display guidance.

Quick snapshot of the role:

  • Developing and driving Trading initiatives to drive sales and profit
  • Developing plans for the effective execution of all promotional, event, seasonal launches, product and space related initiatives
  • Creating and implementing new policies and procedures
  • Managing and acting on all store queries and support
  • Provide store VM and layout training and reset work
  • Weekly store visits

Qualifications
To really succeed in this role, we are looking for an individual who has a deep understanding of how stores operate and what support they need. This role will focus on the Grocery and Celebrations category so ideally we are looking for passionate individuals who have operational experience from the Grocery/Celebrations space.
