Role ResponsibilitiesSupervision of Western Union’s own agencies (20 locations): monitoring of the service provided, maintaining them in good condition, maintaining the limits of the agencies (Money) established on a daily basis, verifying that the collections are complied with and that there are no failed collections, performing monthly audits and reviewing of all agency closing procedures.Staff supervision: checking their attendance, conducting monthly meetings with them, planning their vacations, coordinating with HR their reprimands/dismissals/ hiring.Follow up of outsourcing personnel (security, cleaning).Role RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business administration, Finance or a related field will be preferred.2-4 years of experience working at a supervisor level in a similar function — an analytic mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Package tools, such as Excel and PowerPoint.This position will require regular travel within provinces, so a valid driver’s license and owning a car are required.Basic English level is requiredGood credit report (APC) is a must.Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
I required to have flexibility to attend Saturdays and/or Sundays for emergencies.
