REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE as a storekeeper (preferably in aluminum or fit-out industry).
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with procurement and production teams.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update stock/inventory records for aluminum materials.
  • Check deliveries of goods and verify received items against purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with procurement to ensure proper documentation of delivery notes and stock records.
  • Issue materials to production based on the good stock list.
  • Generate material requests for general stock replenishment.
  • Ensure the proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.
  • Keep records of stock movements and maintain an organized warehouse.
