We are a French company based in Dubai looking to urgently hire a Storekeeper.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, tools, and equipment against purchase orders and delivery notes
• Issue materials to site teams as per approved material requisitions
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records
• Manage inventory control, material handling, warehousing, and store operations
• Coordinate closely with internal departments, particularly Procurement
• Maintain accurate stock records, monitor inventory levels, identify purchasing needs, and update all stock entries
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of the store/warehouse
• Report damaged, expired, or excess materials to the concerned department
• Monitor minimum stock levels and raise timely purchase requests
• Oversee and manage the transportation operations of the company
• Maintain an organized filing system for all related documents
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment as per HSE guidelines
• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate superior

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma holder
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the construction industry (preferred)
• Proven experience in storekeeping and inventory control, or a similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
• Thorough knowledge of stock checking, stock keeping, and proper material handling procedures
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Physically fit for warehouse/store duties
• Good written and spoken English required
