The Storekeeper - Cleaning Coordinator will be responsible for preparing household supply kits (linens, towels, accessories etc.) for further delivery to apartments, control over returning used linens from apartments and receiving clean linens from laundry to the store room. Coordinate cleaning services remotely. Upkeep storage and office areas

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 years of store keeping experience in a holiday homes agency, cleaning company or a renown 5* Dubai based hotel IS A MUST - please do not apply if your experience doesn’t match this criterion.
  • Proficiency in English; Hindi/Urdu, Tagalog are a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
  • Ability to work independently and and in a team efficiently
  • Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
  • Willingness to learn and adapt with the support of our team
  • Flexibility to work various shifts

Responsibilities
  • Prepare linens/towels/accessories kits for their delivery to apartments
  • Control over delivery of the used linens from apartments and receiving clean linens from laundry. Liaise with laundry in case of stained, damaged or missing items. Verify invoices against work orders on monthly basis
  • Monitor, control and guide cleaning services remotely. Check damages and missing items via photo reports from cleaners
  • Receive, unload, and shelve goods from suppliers. Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
  • Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals
  • Upkeep storage and office areas on daily basis
