Description

STORE KEEPER:

  • Prepare site material request and ensure proper process to obtain approval and issuance of LPO.
  • To receive and record the incoming stock and help in the distribution of materials across all departments.
  • Responsible for stock control and management by identifying and ordering needed materials in the store.
  • Follow up on suppliers for delivery of material.
  • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies of material and report those to Project Manager.
  • Ensure adequate record keeping on the system and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels.
  • Ensure proper record of all material as per the material code.
  • Ensure proper storage of material and to be well concerned on the company’s assets, machinery and tools.
  • Assist on the daily transportation of material and workers to the different project sites.
  • Record and report daily attendance of employees to the Head Office.
  • Assist HR department in liaising with the workers in regards to EID, Tawjeeh, etc.
  • Prepare and report year end closing balance of material and assets inventory.
  • Assist the project manager on all administrative work.
  • Any other tasks as per the company & job requirement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School
  • Expert in MS office -specifically Excel
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
