Receive, inspect, and store heavy equipment spare parts, tools, and materials Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the system Issue spare parts and materials to technicians and workshop staff as per requests Monitor stock levels and inform management about reorder requirements Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory counts Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of parts to prevent damage or loss Maintain records of goods received, issued, and returned Coordinate with procurement and suppliers for delivery and stock replenishment Prepare reports on inventory status, consumption, and stock discrepancies Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse/store area Follow company safety and storage procedures
