Ideal for graduates with foundational understanding of supply chain operations, strong skills on driving compliance with warehouse SOPs, accurate tracking and efficient material flow. Receiving & Recording: Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery notes. Accurately record inventory levels, stock movements, and related transactions in the ERP system. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels regularly and initiate replenishment to maintain optimal inventory availability. Outbound Operations: Prepare daily outbound orders, coordinate with relevant stakeholders, and ensure accurate and timely dispatch of goods. Process Improvement: Identify operational gaps and recommend process enhancements, automation opportunities, and workflow adjustments in line with company policies. Generating reports to be able to understand the monthly/daily operation volumes and take necessary actions. Cycle Counts & Stock Accuracy: Conduct routine cycle counts and stock audits to ensure high inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Finance, Warehouse, Sales Operations, and other internal & external teams to ensure seamless data flow and alignment of inventory accuracy with overall business requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics. Additional Information Experience Requirements: Minimum 3 Years of logistics, warehouse experience Skills and Abilities: Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (pivot, lookups), basic understanding of ERP systems (Oracle or similar). Analytical Aptitude: Strong numerical reasoning, data interpretation, and attention to detail. Communication Skills: Ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
