JOB REQUIREMENTS:
SKILLS:
Regularly conduct inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with system records.
Analyze inventory data to forecast demand and make informed purchasing decisions.
Purchasing:
-Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate terms and conditions to secure advantageous agreements.
- Create LPOs for approval.
- Tax Invoice closing.
- Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Evaluate supplier performance and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
Collaborate with vendors to resolve supply issues and optimize the supply chain.
Supplier Management:
Liaise with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
Source new suppliers and conduct vendor evaluations to diversify the supplier base.
Logistics Management:
Arrange and coordinate the transportation of materials.
Organizing Vehicles for Labor Transportation to work sites (Morning/Evening).
Daily time sheet preparation for drivers.
Quality Control:
Work closely with production teams to maintain quality standards for incoming materials and finished products.
