Job Description ▪ Follow up on pending /due POs with Suppliers ▪ Monitoring the Material Requests / Work Orders issued by Requesting Depts on MAXIMO System. ▪ Have thorough understanding and knowledge of all storage and receiving procedures. ▪ Well aware of Mechanical spares and specifications ▪ Working knowledge in ERP Systems (like IBM MAXIMO) ▪ Receiving, issuance, reconciliation, tracking of Maximo based inventory management. ▪ Receive equipment, materials or supplies ordered verifying against specifications on requisition or other documents. ▪ Store/ safekeep materials, supplies or equipment according to weight, size, safety precautions, expired date or other concern. ▪ Ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times. ▪ Supply Requesting Departments with requested items from Central Store within the agreed time limits. Ensure on time delivery and replenishment of stock. ▪ Have full working knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of Store. ▪ Prepare and submit periodic reports to the Store Coordinator. ▪ Perform any other related duty as assigned by the Store Coordinator, in accordance with the provisions of the labor law. ▪ Comply with the ISO 9001: 2015 QMS and QCFE requirements in applicable job areas / functions. Requirements Work requirements: 3 Months Working hrs: 8 hours/day and 6 days/week
Responsibilities
The storekeeper is responsible for managing inventory, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials using the IBM Maximo system. They must also ensure the warehouse remains organized, reconcile stock levels, and provide timely reports to the store coordinator.
