Description

We are looking for an organized and experienced Storekeeper responsible for the maintenance of day to day administrative work and department’s storeroom.

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Recheck late orders from previous day every morning, follow up and liaise with customers.
  • Collect invoices from drivers with regards to previous day deliveries and send to accounts department.
  • Print orders received from customers, throughout the day and put them on production order board to be produced
  • Follow up with production on cash orders and deliver product to shop. Liaise with customer for collection at the shop.
  • Develop and maintain a high standard of customer relation and service.
  • Assist with invoicing of orders and location transfer orders (LTO’s) throughout the day as requested according to the ERP system.
  • Determine the quantities of product to be ordered according to the calculation of the recipe.
  • Coordinate communication between customers, sales department and production department.
  • Direct customer complaints to the relevant personnel base on type of complaint. All food safety related issues should include Food Safety Department in all communications.
  • Familiarize yourself with butchery products in order to assist customers
  • Provide updates on customer requests of specific products to butchery manager
  • Offer alternatives to the customers if the product is not available.
  • Report acts of dishonesty to your supervisor immediately.
  • Demonstrate self-discipline with regards to attendance, dress code policy, hygiene and time keeping
  • Report any damages to property, product or environment immediately to supervisor.

Key Requirements:-

  • Basic Numerical Acumen
  • Ability to cope with pressure and work as a team
  • English Language Proficiency (written, spoken skills).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
