An exiting opportunity for a skilled Storeman/ Production Support has become available to join the expanding team of a well-established manufacturing company based in the Tameside area, who are looking to offer this position on a full time, permanent basis.

Due to the nature of the role, successful candidates will be required to undertake 3 years of referencing and a DBS check.

• Location: Hyde
• Salary: £13.14 to £13.79 dependant on experience
• Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm and Friday, 8am to 4pm

THE SUCCESSFUL CNC OPERATOR WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

• Must be committed to working safely and comply with the 5S standards in place.
  · Experience within a manufacturing environment

· Experience of cutting Aluminum materials is beneficial

• IT literacy skills (mostly excel / MRP based)

DUTIES AS A STOREMAN WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:

· Goods inwards control
· Tool control/management (issuing tools, tool audits)
· Material receipt, handling and allocation
· Packing and despatch
· Kitting of BOMs for assembly
· occasional driving (local deliveries)
· general production tasks (metal deburr etc)
