Job Description Store Manager (38 hours/week)
As a store manager at Sushito, you deliver the operational performance of the branch.
This means that you are in charge of customer satisfaction, staffing (staff composition, cooperation, employee engagement and engagement, roster and employee availability, staff costs), location cleanliness and hygiene, inventory and of course the consistent quality of the food and the experience, all based on our formula.
Periodically you will be provided with the corresponding KPIs and budgets, which you can also monitor yourself.
You will participate in our development program so that you will become better and better at responding to situations as they arise and allowing people to function from their strengths. Sushito is always open to improvements and your own input is always appreciated!
