As a part of the Accor team at Brisbane Lounges you will play a pivotal role in receiving incoming goods, loading and unload products and working with a broad range of stakeholders across food and beverage operations, airport security and external logistics suppliers. We have a large, vibrant team (Close to 150) professionals working across our Kitchen and Front of House Food and Beverage Operations. This is a social, fast paced manual handling role supporting all departments. Key Responsibilities include: Strong proven experience working in stores, warehousing and logistics Own car and drivers license essential Receiving a large variety of incoming goods to the Qantas Lounge domestic terminal - eg fresh produce wet and dry goods, alcohol and beverages for bar service points, Lounge equipment Working with manual handling equipment This is a physical role, manual handling lifting, unloading stock Communicating with external freight and logistics providers Stock control Supporting our Executive Chef and Kitchen team as well as onsite Duty Managers and Food & Beverage team members. Adhering to aviation security regulations Suitable candidate will be willing to undergo a federal police check in order to obtain an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card) This is an ongoing, casual position - Shifts generally starting between 5-5.30am. Immediate start available. Qualifications This role will suit someone who has a keen interest in developing their hospitality skills into a logistics or warehouse focused role If you have worked in hospitality - fast paced bar, restaurant and stock focused role would be ideal Great team player, friendly and social Do you love a manual handling and fast paced team environment Own transport and current drivers license is essential Additional Information Employee Benefits for your hard work!
