Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and email, addressing product, pricing, order, stock, delivery, and account queries. Collaborate effectively with other departments to deliver excellent service. Support inventory management and stock handling as required. Assist in local deliveries to customers. What We’re Looking For Experience in customer service, warehouse, or a similar environment is desirable. A valid Driver’s License is essential Forklift license is desirable but not mandatory. Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean, organized workplace. Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner. Strong customer service ethics and natural problem-solving abilities. Mechanical aptitude with mining, bearing or power transmission knowledge a strong advantage.
