About the position:

  • The role will involve receiving food, beverage and general deliveries on behalf of the hotel and all outlets in compliance with Health & Safety andHACCP policies
  • Storing and distribution of goods to the stores and outlets
  • Liaise management on issues of product quantity or quality and take action to reduce the level of potential redundant stock
  • Performing relevant duties and ad hoc cleaning requirements.
  • Assisting with month end food, beverage and general consumables stock take
  • Reporting all situations and issues that may present to the management team
  • Ensure resources are used effectively, minimising waste to reduce cost
  • The Store Person will assist the Executive Head Chef, Operations Manager and Financial Controller in conducting all admin tasks, ordering,processing for payment and Vendor Compliance.
  • The Store Person will confirm products received, store in accordance to company standards and communicate to us any variances.

Ideal candidate :

  • Will have a can-do attitude
  • Basic command of English with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Be highly organised with very high standards
  • Ideally, we are looking for those with Hotel experience, however we will consider those with similar experience looking to begin a career in the hospitality industry as we offer full training and ongoing development
