Job Description In this full time role, you will be responsible for pick/packing and dispatching the day to day orders , the receival of inward goods and restocking of the warehouse. As a member of the Warehouse team you will participate actively and positively in the area of health and safety to reduce all hazards and incidents within the workplace. The role requires active participation in the continuous improvement activities. This position maintains local supply stores with stock, including the review of Imprest levels for optimal SOH and supports the daily Supply and Logistics functions. You will have an impact by: Striving to consistently improve service delivery Utilising a reflective, critical thinking and evidence based approach to deliver best practice in stock movement Providing excellent, helpful service to patients and staff Communicating and leading delivery of internal controls, policies and operational procedures Actively participate in quality improvement activities within the department Position Description Qualifications To be successful for this role you will have : You will be a team player, collaborative, supportive and engaging to build rapport with team members and stakeholders You will have High attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work autonomously and contribute to the team Ability to manage multiple priorities and time management Excellent communication skills, written and oral Able to work with cross-functional teams, liaise with stakeholders Computer skills, ERP/MRP/TechOne/Microsoft Office/Excel/Power BI Healthcare background (desirable) Applications will be reviewed as they are received.
