Job Description In this role, you'll be a key member of our close-knit branch in Warwick and be responsible for providing great customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry. A typical day will involve Maintaining a well-run storeroom and contributing to the overall look of the branch. Loading & unloading deliveries; pick, pack, despatch orders; receipt goods in/out; inventory & stocktake. Driving safely and abiding by road rules at all times. Provide solutions and in-store experience that inspires our customers. Admin such as: Managing sales orders, quotes and customer projects Building relationships with suppliers to ensure margins are maintained Respond to customer queries & make follow-up calls. Champion an already strong safety culture. Qualifications You bring positive energy to the team and are highly motivated to become an expert in your field. Passionate about building strong working relationships with new and existing customers. Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded - otherwise we will provide the product training! Current valid Australian Drivers Licence Exceptional attention to detail with previous Stores/Warehousing experience desirable Current forklift license desirable Additional Information Why join Rexel?
