POSITION SUMMARY Storeperson   Company Sheraton Grand Mirage Port Douglas is proudly part of the Marriott International group. Department Reporting directly to our Purchasing Supervisor, we are currently seeking an energetic and motivated Store person. Responsibilities include and are not limited to: * Responsibility for overseeing receipt, issues and storage of inventory into the resort * Ensuring that processes for inventory management are in line with OHS, HACCP requirements and company policies and minimize risk/damage and stock loss * Completing required reporting and documentation as per department requirements * Maintain established maximum/minimum stock levels of all items under stores responsibility * Ensuring maintenance issues are reported to Purchasing Supervisor and / or Engineering * Issue inventory items from approved requisitions in accordance with issue timetable on a First In, First Out (F.I.F.O.) basis * Keep all storeroom areas at the highest level of sanitation and cleanliness in line with Marriott HACCP procedures * Preferred applicants must have valid working rights to work in Australia.
