Plan and direct warehouse activities to ensure timely distribution of products. Monitor stock levels and vendor performance regarding quality, delivery, and service standards. Maintain accurate purchasing records and review SAP MRP database fields. Liaise with various departments to support their requirements effectively. Oversee inbound and outbound functions, ensuring productivity and accuracy. Investigate stock discrepancies and ensure compliance with WHSE guidelines. Coach and train new staff members, maintaining high productivity and attendance. Ensure equipment is maintained in a safe and functional condition. What Do You Bring? Extensive experience in warehousing and demonstrated leadership skills. Highly developed verbal communication skills and computer literacy. Understanding of WHSE requirements and a valid forklift license. Ability to recognize strengths and opportunities for development within team members.
