Reporting to the Stores Supervisor, the Storeperson is accountable for daily operation of the distribution centre Located at Dandenong South. The primary function of the Storeperson is to fulfil customer orders (internal and external) with a high level of accuracy and on time on daily basis.

Further to this, other key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and a high attention to detail
• Working towards daily deadlines to ensure business meet and exceed our customer expectations in delivering their goods on-time
• Assisting in dispatch of orders with accurate paperwork’s
• Book in Daily deliveries with our freight providers
• Counting and checking incoming stock as per delivery dockets to ensure accurate quantities.
• Loading and unloading trucks using counterbalance as well as high reach forklifts
• Labelling and Rearranging stock in the warehouse
• Replenishing stock and maintaining inventory levels
• Manual handling of stock boxes including heavy lifting
• Actively participate with stock counts on a regular basis- (cycle count / stock takes)
• General warehouse duties and keeping the warehouse area clean and safe

• Must have a valid forklift license
• Must be Computer Literate
