Storeroom Supervisor - Temporary - Hotel del Coronado, Curio Collection by Hilton
The iconic Hotel del Coronado is looking for a Storeroom Supervisor to join the team! Join one of the last surviving wooden Victorian beach resorts in the world and after a and expansion, the resort is more stunning than ever.
Located on Coronado Island just minutes from Downtown San Diego, this 28-acre property was built in 1888 and has over 750 rooms, cottages, and villas with 65,000 square feet of banquet space, and 10 food and beverage outlets. This includes 4 restaurants, 2 bars, a food truck, marketplace, ice cream shop, and in-room dining.
Classification: Temporary - position ends December 2025
Shift: Various – must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Pay Rate: The pay rate for this role is $30.00 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all deliveries are received in accordance with hotel specifications, including verifying accuracy against purchase orders, receiving sheets, pricing, quantities, and weights.
  • Maintain the storeroom in a clean, organized, and secure condition at all times.
  • Supervise and validate that all products leaving the storeroom are properly requisitioned and approved according to hotel policy.
  • Coordinate the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring guest mail is accurately logged and handled with care.
  • Manage the arrival and departure of group boxes and shipments, ensuring proper coordination and billing of associated charges.
  • Assist with sourcing and ordering of food and beverage items, maintaining communication with relevant departments to meet operational needs.
  • Supervise, train, and assign daily tasks to storeroom clerks, ensuring efficient and accurate completion of all duties.
  • Monitor stock levels and collaborate with purchasing to reorder supplies as necessary.
  • Uphold safety and hygiene standards within the storeroom environment.
