Te Tūranga / About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Stores Administrator to support the effective operation of our Stores and Purchasing function. Reporting to the Group Leader, Stores, this role plays a critical part in ensuring materials, consumables, and packaging are ordered, received, and managed efficiently to support processing and maintenance activities on site. The Stores Administrator is responsible for the administration of Just in Time ordering, inventory control, purchase-to-pay processes, and accurate completion of electronic documentation. You will liaise closely with internal teams, vendors, and transport operators while ensuring all legislative, health and safety, and company policy requirements are met. This role is key to maintaining smooth operations, high service levels, and strong compliance standards across the site. Shifts: 6.30am - 4pm Monday to Friday, some Saturday's are required. Ōu Pūkenga / About You You will be an organised and proactive administrator who thrives in a busy operational environment. With a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills, you are comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and service quality. Ideally, you will bring experience in stores, purchasing, or inventory administration, along with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. You enjoy problem solving, take ownership of issues, and are confident working with systems, data, and processes to support business operations. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to safety and continuous improvement are essential.   Te Mahi / Key Responsibilities * Provide administrative support for stores, purchasing, and inventory operations * Coordinate Just in Time ordering of packaging materials and consumables * Receipt, processing, and reconciliation of goods and documentation in Navision * Issue goods to production and engineering teams and manage outward despatch * Maintain inventory accuracy through regular reconciliations and stock takes * Support purchase-to-pay processes, including purchase order creation and coding * Liaise with vendors, transport operators, and internal stakeholders * Assist with reporting, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives * Ensure housekeeping and stores areas meet required MPI and site standards * Uphold all health, safety, and wellness requirements   Te Ahurea / Why Work for Us?
