JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Stores administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various administrative & warehouse/stores functions, ensuring the smooth operation of our processes. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.

SKILLS

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualisation techniques.
  • Proficiency in logistics management and understanding of supply chain principles.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems like AS400.
  • Experience in retail management, category management, or merchandising is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and manage physical tasks associated with warehouse operations.
  • Knowledge of 3PL (third-party logistics) operations is a plus.
  • Competence in using data mining tools and techniques for effective decision-making.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to foster positive relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.   • Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
  • Conduct data mining and analysis to support decision-making and improve operational performance.
  • Utilise negotiation skills to manage vendor relationships and optimise supply chain operations.
  • Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Manage logistics, including shipping and receiving, while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records within the warehouse management system (WMS) and ERP systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on category management and merchandising strategies.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify issues within supply chain processes and recommend solutions.
  • Assist in materials handling, stocking, and inventory management tasks as required.
  • Create data visualisations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL to present insights effectively.
