Description
What's it all about? * Handle packing and unpacking of all incoming and outgoing goods, assisting drivers and maintaining packing and loading area in clean/tidy condition  * Responsible for all freight bookings (domestic and international), ensuring accurate recording and tracking and timely customer communication * Maintain demonstration assets, their storage and scheduling (loans, rentals, trainings, events) * Handle customer rental orders, spare parts enquiries and sales * Purchase, store and maintain adequate stock of spare parts and accessories for demonstration assets and customer orders * All other tasks as required What we're looking for * 3+ years’ experience in a stores and logistics role * Tertiary qualifications or training in a related field considered favourably * Previous experience in an electronics environment (electronic devices and accessories) * Knowledge of and experience with customs topics and incoterms * Experience in using CRM, ERP and scheduling softwares * A service mindset – dedicated to providing excellent service to our customers and our team * Able to work autonomously with accuracy and attention to detail * Reliable, consistent, positive, and energetic approach to work * This role requires frequent manual handling and lifting of items This role provides generous benefits and, due to its nature, is office based with some flexibility possible.
