DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES * SUPERVISE AND COORDINATE ALL ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT, ENSURING ALIGNMENT WITH DEPARTMENTAL KPIS IN PRODUCTIVITY, QUALITY, SAFETY, BUDGET, AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT. * PROVIDE DAY-TO-DAY LEADERSHIP AND DIRECTION TO WAREHOUSE STAFF IN LINE WITH COMPANY POLICIES. * OVERSEE AND EXECUTE REGULAR CYCLE COUNTS AND PHYSICAL INVENTORIES TO MAINTAIN INVENTORY ACCURACY AND REDUCE VARIANCES. * MONITOR THE CONDITION OF THE FACILITY AND MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO OPTIMIZE SPACE, EFFICIENCY, AND SAFETY; ENSURE THE AREA IS KEPT CLEAN AND ORGANIZED ACCORDING TO COMPANY STANDARDS. * ADDRESS OPERATIONAL CHALLENGES IN A TIMELY, PROFESSIONAL MANNER TO MAINTAIN A PRODUCTIVE ENVIRONMENT AND MEET DEADLINES. * IDENTIFY AND IMPLEMENT OPPORTUNITIES TO STREAMLINE PROCESSES, IMPROVE WORKFLOWS, AND BOOST OVERALL OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY. REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES * Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in related field preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience * 5+ years strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and safety procedures required * Oracle or SAP experience preferred * 3+ years proven experience in a supervisory warehouse or leadership role preferred. Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all activities within the department, ensuring alignment with departmental KPIs in productivity, quality, safety, budget, and continuous improvement. Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to warehouse staff in line with company policies.
