Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Stores and Warehouse Assistant to support the supply of equipment and materials to our Projects and Operations teams.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive, inspect, and store goods; process documentation.
  • Organise picking, packaging, and logistics of materials.
  • Coordinate tracking, delivery, and transportation of goods.
  • Maintain warehouse and stores area; ensure health and safety.
  • Operate forklift (training provided).
  • Support regular stock checks and replenishment.
  • Assist with vehicle maintenance scheduling and compliance.
  • Carry out inspections (harnesses, ladders, PPE, etc.).
  • Create and manage purchase orders and returns.
  • Maintain building and car park safety and cleanliness.
  • Action Stores Requisition process in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate contractors on-site for compliance.
  • Complete SHEQ administration and RAMS documentation.
  • Ensure tools/equipment are site-ready and in good condition.
  • Provide cover for team members when necessary.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, suppliers.
  • Suggest improvements and raise Non-Conformance Reports.
  • Identify potential issues/delays and escalate as needed.
  • Support compliance with statutory and company standards.
  • Contribute to Powersystems future success and efficiency.
  • Maintain a professional image and demonstrate core values.
