We are currently seeking a Purchasing & Stores Assistant to join our team at The Hardiman. This role is key to supporting the day-to-day purchasing and stock control operations of the hotel.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong attention to detail and organisation
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
  • Previous stores or purchasing experience an advantage
  • Knowledge of stock systems (e.g. Procure Wizard) a plus

Responsibilities
  • Process and track orders using Procure Wizard

  • Check and confirm deliveries, ensuring quality and accuracy

  • Store goods safely and in line with HACCP standards

  • Maintain a clean and organised delivery area and office

  • Assist with regular food and beverage stocktakes
  • Ensure proper stock control and documentation
