QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

· Must have good all-round initiative.
· Ability to manage and utilise allocated labour.
· Knowledge of Construction Industry and terminology
· Full Drivers Licence
· Folk lift Licence
· Good numeracy and literacy skills
· Must be computer literate to a minimum level of Intermediate.
· Good communication skills (verbal & written)
· Well organised and attention to detail
· Ability to work unsupervised.
· Ability to lift & move plant & materials (moderate)

DESIRABLE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience of working in a construction store or warehouse.
· Previous experience of working in an environment where Health and Safety are paramount.
· PAT Testing (training will be provided)
· Keen to learn and develop self.
· To be a good problem solver

The aim of this position is to keep clean, organised, stocked, and a well-managed store, Manage PAT Testing process and to manage the Company’s fleet of vehicles. To ensure the interior and exterior of the company premises is always well maintained and presentable.
