POSITION: STORES OPERATIVE

Dhollandia UK Ltd is a factory owned subsidiary and responsible for sales and service of its tail lift products throughout the United Kingdom.
A vacancy has arisen within our Stores Department based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire for a Stores operative.
The Responsibilities
· Responsible for receiving, storing; assembling; packing and/or unpacking of goods
· Appropriate selection of goods to be despatched
· Ensure stock levels are monitored and low levels are highlighted
· Ensuring products are packed in a safe and presentable manner at all times
· Record details on delivery notes. Courier and transport distribution to be packed and sent on time
· Take responsibility for factory tidiness, awareness of health and safety Producing despatch notes
· Assist where required other stores/warehouse duties as required by management.
Your Profile
The successful candidate will require the following:
· Previous experience working in the role of stores person
· Good organisational skills. Common sense approach to problem solving
· Computer Literate
· Be calm under pressure in a busy department
· Be able to work diligently, independently and accurately with minimum supervision
· Prioritise own workload and manage time effectively
· Have a flexible approach to work, with good time keeping
· The ability to use own initiative
